Vintage 80's Dress Meets Vintage 40's Style

Big padded shoulders, a vintage inspired print and a belted waist, it's a hot to trot look you'll love!

Now the color is most likely a dark, dark blue. But I can't tell if it's Black or Blue, so I'll go Black!

It's fully lined and zips up the front to the waist, hidden buttons from there to the big decorative button at the top.

The tag says Size 12, the measurements are 42" bust, 32" waist, 40" hips.
