It has a very nice beaded choker neckline, you tie at the neck, backless at bra strap
Perfect length below the bum, you can even wear this top with just leggings (I don't say that unless I mean it!)
It will fit a size small girl but I would give it a Size Medium with a smaller busted girl
Bust will stretch to 38", hips 42"
