This Vintage 90's Dynasty gown is just spectacular! Look at those sleeves, wow.
Top half is designed in a deep Emerald Green and Black sparkle print.
This top portion follows to the hip and ends with a scalloped hem. The bottom half is Black Velvet.
Zip back to the waist, open peep hole that connects at the neck with a button. Fully lined, padded shoulders, slit in the back.
