Vintage Painting with Custom Frame: Landscape Scene

Here's a beautiful vintage painting my folk's had on the wall for many years. It measures 18"high, 12"wide.
I am no expert with establishing paintings, it looks to be acrylic and I cannot determine the artist.
What I do know is this picture is memorizing, I've always loved it. The frame came from an Art company.
It has been in storage and may need a cleaning, I have never removed the painting from the frame.
Selling as is, nice vintage condition.
