Vintage 1940's Rare MCM Ceramic Lamp: Unique Glaze Figural Base

I've owned this rare 1940's lamp for at least 30 years and have never seen another one like it.
It's done in ceramic with the most beautiful glaze I've ever seen. Please note there may be a few imperfections caused by the process but no chips on it.
Over the years I've had several different lampshades on it, this one is a satin fabric, I put the MCM ornament on there with glue, it can be removed .The lamp fixture itself has a brass shade connector, see the pic to view
It doesn't seem to have a maker's mark, the bottom had green felt covering it. The colors are amazing.
The base measures 15" tall and 8" wide. It works fine, please judge the cord safety accordingly, it may be the original. The lamp shade measures 10,5" x 12"
