Vintage 80's MOD Collar Halter in Psychedelic Sequin Black & White

This halter top was bought in the 80's in Las Vegas, what a show shopper! it's a size Extra Small and has some stretch.
It's made out of a sequin style stretch fabric, smaller bust advised. 16" across the back.
The length is 18" from the shoulders.
