Colorful Cabochon Sweater Clip/Tie Clip Vintage 1960's-70's

Here's a vintage accessory that no longer has to be what it was designed to be, a sweater clip.
Women in the 1950's and 60's wore these to keep their sweaters together when wearing them over their shoulders. Men also had a tie accessory that was similiar. Now a days, this piece looks sharp on anything, a hat, sweater, jacket.
It's quite colorful with the carved-out Cabochons and the gold metal clip.
