Vintage Beaded Ceremonial Dress from India

This beautiful dress came from a visit to New Zealand, although it's most likely from India.
The fabric is stunning, there's a top layer of what feels like lightweight netting with a colorful satin ribbon hem. The under dress itself is a light cotton/linen. The cap sleeves are also trimmed with silver ribbon. The beadwork is intricate in bold red, turquoise and silver.
Size is XS, it's an empire styling with no zipper, so it's got to go over the head, best for small busted, Measures 16.5" armpit to armpit, 12.5" shoulder to shoulder, empire waist below beading measures 32", hips 38" and the length is 42". In beautiful condition but could use a professional dry cleaning. It might have silk in it. Good for a pre-teen too!
