Vintage 90's Garnett-Red 4 Layer Pleated Party Dress

This dress is amazing and full of fabric and weight, four layers of pleated panels will have you dancing! Size is XL, if you want a looser fit and you're a size L, go for it, it should fit you too.
This dress is fully-lined, goes over the head and has a wonderful halter-style neckline that ties at the back of the neck leaving the shoulders cut out and sexy. It features a hidden elastic waist to hold up those layers! The color is a rich garnet red and the fabric most likely polyester. It measures 23" armpit to armpit, waist is 34" and will stretch to 40", hips are 60" and length 48" Condition is very nice, just slight wear at neck. It's a show stopper!
