RARE Vintage 80's Men's Yves St. Laurent Pin-Striped Long-Tail Tuxedo Jacket

This incredible vintage 1980's long-tail, pin-striped Tuxedo jacket is one of the coolest I've ever come across. Size is 42L, Designer Yves St. Laurent

I was living in L.A. in the 80's and men's suits were worn oversized with broad shoulders. They still maintained their sleek look with those wonderful long, pointed lapels.

Speaking of which, this magical coat has 18" long lapels, one button at the waist and a hidden front pocket.

The coat has slightly padded shoulders and is 40" long in the back and has a 20" kick pleat separating the tails.

The fabric feels like a fabulous wool gaberdine, however there is no fabric tag. *Dry Clean Only, folks!

The color is a gray and bluish gray pin-stripe. The condition is nice enough to wear to a wedding!

This rare coat belonged to one of Portland's own beloved local musicians. I can tell you 1st hand he is one cool guy.

As he empties out his Victorian House he's lived in for years and runs off to South-of-the-Border to retire, we get to enjoy some of the cool pieces from his extraordinary collection.
