Rare KWANZAA Collectors Edition USPS Stamp Lacquer Music Box

This is a beautiful lacquered music box put-out by USPS in 1997 honoring KWANZAA.

*PLEASE NOTE the music box isn't working properly, it sounds like it's wound too tight and groans.

(I have a feeling it wouldn't be too hard for a mechanically minded individual to fix, but no guarantees.)

But as you can see, it's purpose just might be in it's looks alone. Vibrant colors & lacquer, whoo hoo!

The inside is in lovely condition and the over-all condition of the box is very good.

This box is a rare find!
