Here's a great vintage hat from Mexico, quality made by JC Hats.
Size is XXL and measures 23" around the inside rim. The top is plenty deep at 5", makes for a nice fit.
It didn't have a band so I stuck one on, it's a leather cord with some beads, one says "Phil". You can remove
The hat is in very nice condition! Great gift!
